From way back–  09/09/09 has been seen as a day of reckoning, the potential end of the world, and perhaps just an all around day of hellfire.

In the right setting (think 1979 Alice Cooper shows) we love fire and brimstone as much as anyone, but on 9/9/09, we are going all in and placing our chips that 9/9/09 will be business as usual.

BUT, just in case we’re wrong, you may need a little extra wine in the house!  We’ve decided to offer a 9% discount in our Healdsburg tasting room from now through 9/9/09.

(Between now and the 9th, I need to pull out my Black Sabbath records and reconnect with my inner metal-head.)

    I thought the end was 10/10/10. That is the date of my last child support payment so I’m certain about it.
